Meet our Founder

Teresa has been an advocate for all animals since she was a little girl. She grew up with multiple family pets from fish to hamsters to cats and dogs. As soon as she moved out on her own she quickly began adopting dogs of her own. Her fourth resuce, Tucker, was the dog that changed her as person forever. He was more than a dog or a pet, he was her Heart Dog. He not only touched her life, but he touched her very soul. She lost Tucker to cancer in 2020 and she has used her love for him and all of her rescues to launch Heart Dog Nation.

Frequently asked questions

How will the subscription work?

Complete the T-Shirt Club sign-up process on our website. Your payment will be drafted on the 5th of the month for the T-Shirt Club. Shirts are packed and ready for shipping within 5 days of their respective payment draft date. If you sign up after the payment draft date, then you will be drafted the next month and receive that month’s tee.

What comes in it?

A super soft, trendy graphic t-shirt designed just for our T-Shirt Club members. Some months it will be an animal themed shirt, other months it will be a graphic t-shirt that spreads positivity whereever you wear it.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is $5 and ships out of our Virginia boutique via US Mail.

Is there a commitment or can I cancel anytime?

There is no long term commitment. We hope you love your t-shirts! But, if you need to cancel your subscription, please email us at woof@heartdognation.com

Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your t-shirt billing date (5th of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.

How do I change my t-shirt size?

Email us at woof@heartdognation.com and we will get you updated with a new size.
